local time 30/4/2019 at Korea, A samsung user claim and said "My Galaxy S10 5G was ignited naturalistically."

in Naver cafe 'samsung community'.

He said", I bought Galaxy S10 5G on April 19th,and I put it on external tool workbench(?) on April 25th,then the phone began to ignite.

He assert,"As soon as the phone was ignited,I threw it on earthen floor.I didn't drop it before." 
He talk to samsung about the incident,But samsung didn't exchange or refund.

Samsung Electronics staff said,"We took the product,and finished X ray,CT scanning,non-destructive inspection and appearance analysis."

"we can't find defct of the product, It is obvious by exterior dent."

According to Samsung Electronics,It was observed crack of a radial shape at the back of glass analysis result,Also some foreign material of an estimated material wood fossilize at the back of battery area.
It is hard to establish certainly that how was the product gaven impact by something,But the phone is given a strong impact and it is connected to battery ignition.
