해결방법

Network framework v1.1 " 를 다운 받아서 설치

이 버전 이상을 받아서 설치 했다면

 

제어판> 프로그램 삭제> Net frame work v 2.0를 삭제

 

Network framework v1.1 를 받아서 설치
